SHIPPING POLICY

We thank you for supporting our small business! We cannot wait for you to receive your package - please allow 7-10 business days to process orders. We appreciate you for understanding that our processing times may vary due to the fact that we have a very small staff. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you need to change shipping information prior to receiving an email, please email support@themavenshop.com If you need to update your shipping information after you’ve received an email, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for addresses that are incorrectly entered.

We offer USPS priority mail shipping with delivery confirmation with our orders. All U.S. orders over $50 will receive free shipping. Per USPS policy, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. This is an estimated time, once the order is received by the USPS actual delivery time may vary and we have no insight into their processing times. 

We offer USPS priority international shipping, rates will be calculated at checkout.
